Nature of the protocol
AURUS provides interfaces to blockchain-based software for tokenized mining finance. Digital assets and instruments available through the protocol may be unregulated or treated differently depending on your jurisdiction. They are not offered as traditional securities in all countries. Nothing on our sites is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset where prohibited.
Eligibility
You represent that you are not a restricted person under the geographical disclaimer presented on first visit, that you are permitted to use the protocol under the laws that apply to you, and that you will not use VPNs or similar tools to evade regional restrictions.
